We provide reliable, transparent shipping options for both retail and trade customers. Our delivery structure is built to protect margins while offering fair pricing and timely service.
📦 Standard UK Mainland Delivery (Tracked Courier)
- 0–2 kg – £4.95 (e.g. rope kits, polish, gloves)
- 2–10 kg – £6.95 (standard bundles & kits)
- 10–15 kg – £8.95 (full kits with extras)
- 15–20 kg – £10.95 (Ultimate Kits, trade bundles)
- Over 20 kg – Delivery quoted individually or palletised if necessary
🆓 Free Shipping Policy
- FREE shipping applies to orders over £500 (RRP or trade).
- Applies only to standard parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
- Orders over 20 kg or requiring pallets will be quoted at cost, even if over £500.
📦 Pallet & Heavy Parcel Delivery
- Large orders or stockist deliveries may require palletised shipping.
- Pallet delivery rates start from £50+VAT and vary by location.
- We will quote any oversized or multi-parcel deliveries individually.
📦 Packaging, Handling & Tracking
- Every order includes careful packing using appropriate box sizes, void fill, and labelling.
- Labels are printed with professional equipment to ensure clarity.
- Handling and packaging costs are included in all delivery charges.
- All orders include full tracking and delivery ETA where available.

- Delivery applies to UK Mainland only. Highlands, Islands, and NI may incur additional fees.
- All delivery charges include VAT.
