🆓 Free Shipping Policy
– FREE shipping applies to orders over £500 (RRP or trade).
– Valid for standard parcels up to 10 kg.
– Orders exceeding 10 kg or requiring a pallet will be quoted separately at cost, even if above £500.
📦 Pallet & Heavy Parcel Delivery
– Large trade orders or stockist deliveries may be sent via pallet freight.
– Pallet delivery starts from approximately £50, depending on size and location.
– All such deliveries are quoted individually before dispatch.
📦 Packaging, Handling & Tracking
– Orders are securely packed using void fill, sturdy boxes, and branded labels.
– We use professional printing equipment for clear shipping and product labelling.
– Tracking and delivery estimates are provided where available.
– All handling and packaging costs are included in the delivery charge.
